Pictures taken at Wembley Arena, London, England

Time Date: May 24th 2003

Elvis The Concert featured  original Elvis backing
singers and full Orchestra. Footage of Elvis was
taken from the 1968 TV Special, That's The Way It Is (1970),
Elvis On Tour (1972) and Aloha From Hawaii (1973).
All original instruments and backing were removed.

Playing live to Elvis' vocals were: Joe Guercio and his Orchestra, the
TCB Band and on backing vocals, The Stamps and The Sweet Inspirations.

Outside the venue was an impressive crowd of Elvis fans. Surprisingly, and welcomed, was the distinct lack of jumpsuited fans. It was good to see 'normal' looking fans waiting in line to enter the venue

The Wembley Arena had been a sell out. Ten thousand Elvis fans had turned out for the show. Very impressive to see fans are prepared to show their appreciation of the King

The letters 'EP' were partially hidden behind the stage curtain. You could feel the anticipation and excitement building, as fans took to their seats

The curtain dropped and Elvis appeared to a barrage of flashes. The atmosphere was electric.

The 'Aloha' footage never looked, or sounded as good!

It was hard to believe we were watching the musicians who had worked with Elvis for all of those years. They still sounded fantastic. It was easy to see why Elvis used them and described them as, "the backbone of my whole show"
